ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please note that during Sale, confirmation time may take up to 5 days.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. 

RETURNS

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange/refund. Items returned must be unworn, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If you would like to return the goods, please write to us at hiddenelementonline@gmail.com to clarify the details and issue a refund. Please note that refunds are issued only after the store receives the goods.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can simply return (part of) your order by sending it back to us within 14 days after you have received it, for whatever reason. You can choose whether you want an exchange or a refund

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?

We will refund your payment within 2 weeks after we have received the goods. Please note that there might be a delay for the money transfer depending on your credit card company. Refunds will only be made if the return complies with our returns policy listed above.

WILL YOU REFUND MY DELIVERY CHARGE?

We will not refund any delivery charges, unless you have received a faulty item or in the case we made any kind of mistake.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED PRODUCTS?

A soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. This process may take 1-3 weeks after you have sent the goods.
